We never sell or share client email addresses or phone numbers. We never discuss tax or personal information with other clients.
Printed materials with personal information remains at the office in our locked cabinet.
Waste paper containing personally identifiable information is shredded.
Client electronic information is secure on one PC which is firewall and password protected and is tested quarterly to meet PCI Compliance. We don't store client information in the "cloud" and we don't allow remote access into our secure environment.
